President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov received a congratulatory letter from a member of the ruling family of Qatar, Faisal bin Nasser bin Hamad Al Thani, on the occasion of the 29th anniversary of Turkmenistan's neutrality. The letter highlighted the important role of Turkmenistan's neutral status in ensuring peace, security, and stability at the regional and international levels, reports TDH.

"Taking this opportunity, I wish Your Excellency good health, great happiness, long life, and success in your responsible work as the head of Turkmenistan, and to the brotherly Turkmen people – happiness, well-being, and prosperity under your wise leadership," the message reads.
