President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree allowing the State Concern 'Türkmennebit' to carry out the necessary work to further strengthen the material and technical base of the installation at the Seydi Oil Refinery, reports TDH.

The document was signed 'in order to successfully fulfill the tasks set before the domestic oil and gas industry.'
