Another year of our history is coming to an end. The year 2024, held under the motto 'The Treasury of Wisdom of Magtymguly Pyragy,' has become a bright symbol of the Turkmen people's reverence for the poet and thinker.

The 300th anniversary of the great master of words was celebrated together with friendly nations. The study of Magtymguly Pyragy's literary heritage and its popularization in the world contributed to the upbringing of our young generation in the spirit of patriotism. I am confident that this activity will continue successfully in the future.

Dear people!

This year has been fruitful and prosperous for our people. Noble deeds for the further prosperity of the Motherland continue, the set goals have been achieved, and major projects have been successfully implemented.

Many important facilities and buildings have been commissioned in the country with the participation of the President of Turkmenistan, Arkadagly Hero Serdar.

The construction of the second phase of the 'smart' city of Arkadag, based on a digital system, continues. Work in this area is receiving great support on the world stage, and the city of Arkadag regularly receives prestigious international awards. Today, large cities and villages are being built in all corners of our beautiful Motherland.

The next meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan was one of the important events of this year, at which Arkadagly Serdar adopted a number of decrees and resolutions of significance for the state and society. Priority tasks for the new historical era have been identified. These great deeds ensure the stable economic development of the state and the prosperous and happy life of our people.

This past year, the scope of activities of the Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has expanded. Noble activities in this area will continue in the future.

The esteemed elders, who are part of the Council of Elders, provide great support in promoting the domestic and foreign policy of the sovereign state and in educating the youth based on our national traditions.

In a few days, we will hear the New Year's greeting of Arkadagly Hero Serdar to the Turkmen people. We will enter the new year of the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state – the International Year of Peace and Trust.

In the coming year, we will also implement large-scale projects aimed at the prosperity of the independent Motherland and the well-being of our people.
