The head of the Austrian-Turkmen Society, Neda Berger, sent a congratulatory letter to the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on the occasion of the New Year, reports TDH.

In her letter, Neda Berger noted the dynamic development of Turkmenistan under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, emphasizing the importance of alliance, strategic partnership, and good neighborliness between the countries. She expressed confidence that 2025, declared the 'International Year of Peace and Trust,' will be an important stage in strengthening security, stability, and sustainable development.

Neda Berger wished the President of Turkmenistan success in implementing political plans and projects in various sectors of the economy and the cultural and humanitarian sphere, as well as prosperity and well-being to the Turkmen people.

In 2025, Ashgabat and Vienna will celebrate important anniversaries: 30 years of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality and 70 years of Austria's permanent neutrality. On this occasion, Neda Berger included a few lines from her poem:

30 years – these are decades,
30 years – this is passion and strength,
30 years – this is wisdom and movement,
30 years – this is peace and happiness on our Earth.
