On November 30, 2018, by resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, the “Concept for the development of the digital economy in Turkmenistan in 2019-2025” was approved. From the first days of the approval of the concept, one of the services offered to our people by the Turkmendemirellary agency was the service of transporting passengers by rail, and passengers were offered the first digital service of selling “Electronic tickets” via the Internet.

Today, the scope of provision of this service is increasingly expanding from the Demiryollary Open Joint Stock Company. That is, through mobile applications, the Company’s website and the government services portal, the sale of “Electronic tickets” has been established, creating favorable conditions for the population.

In addition, passengers who wish to purchase an “Electronic ticket” through the website of Demiryollari Open Joint Stock Company have the opportunity to use the “Reliable Taxi” taxi call service (Ynamly taksi) as an additional service.

Also, the Demiryollary Open Joint Stock Company, with the support of the Ashgabat City Telephone Network Closed Joint Stock Company, has created a question and answer service for clients who want to travel by train anywhere in the country.
