Turkmenistan and Armenia to Hold the 10th Meeting of the Economic Cooperation Commission

Turkmenistan is preparing to host the 10th meeting of the Turkmen-Armenian Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation. This was reported by Deputy Prime Minister B. Amanov during a government meeting on March 14.

The upcoming meeting will discuss opportunities for deepening cooperation in trade and economic relations, the fuel and energy sector, finance and economy, as well as scientific and educational fields.

Additionally, the expansion of partnership in areas such as high technology, sports, culture, healthcare, transport and communications, information systems, interregional cooperation, and strengthening the legal framework will be considered.

In this regard, the Deputy Prime Minister presented the relevant proposal to the head of state for consideration.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized that the Republic of Armenia is among Turkmenistan’s partner countries and approved the proposed Turkmen delegation for the Commission, instructing the Deputy Prime Minister to carry out the necessary work, according to TDH.
