The national Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has sent a congratulatory message to the President of Turkmenistan on the occasion of the 3rd anniversary of his assumption of the post of head of state. In his address, Chairman Halk Maslahaty noted the significant achievements of the country during this period, emphasizing the successes in socio-economic development and strengthening the international authority of Turkmenistan under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.:

In the new historical era, your principle "The Motherland is the Motherland only with the people! The state is a state only with the people!"

Our united people, rallying around you, serves the interests of the development of the Motherland with their hard work and dedication. Your words: "My goal is to improve the basic foundations of independence and neutrality and confidently advance the country towards a great future!" have strengthened the confidence of the entire Turkmen people in a happy, peaceful and prosperous present and future. In the era of the Rebirth of a new era of a powerful state, you set high goals – the prosperity of our state, the further improvement of the social and living conditions of the population. By regularly emphasizing in your speeches the confidence of our compatriots in achieving them, you inspire people to work creatively.

Dear President,

Your adoption of the "Program for Socio-economic Development of Turkmenistan and Investments in 2025" among the long-term and short-term government programs that form the basis for the future development of the country has become a clear confirmation of its continued prosperity. Under your leadership, grandiose projects are being implemented in our Motherland, and a solid foundation is being laid for the happy future of our people.

Turkmenistan is confidently among the fastest-growing countries in the world. The tremendous successes achieved in the national economy are reflected in the steady increase in the standard of living of the population. Annual steady economic growth and an increase in gross domestic product contribute to strengthening social protection of citizens and improving the social and living conditions of the people. All this is clear evidence that a qualitative improvement in the standard of living is the main priority of the socio–economic policy of our state. Thanks to these achievements, the Turkmen people live a prosperous and happy life.

Our esteemed President!

Acting under your leadership in recent years with a number of international initiatives, our country has consistently promoted the principles of neutrality as an important tool for supporting peace and sustainable development. The International Year of Peace and Trust marks two particularly significant dates – the 30th anniversary of the recognition of Turkmenistan's neutrality by the United Nations and the 80th anniversary of the founding of this organization. The history of permanent neutrality, based on the high humanistic principles of our people, marks a glorious path marked by remarkable events of consistently strengthening cooperation with the Community of Nations in promoting such universal values as peace, security and sustainable development.

You note: "I am firmly convinced that together with the people, we will achieve all the new milestones planned for 2025 with united, selfless work." Today, the people of Turkmenistan, having closely rallied around you, demonstrate to the whole world that they fully support your state policy and program activities.
