President Serdar Berdimuhamedov approved Turkmenistan's participation in the World Specialized Exhibition EXPO-2027, which will be held in Belgrade (Republic of Serbia) from May 15 to August 15, 2027. The decision was made during a regular Cabinet meeting held by the head of state on the digital system.

According to TDH, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers N. Atagulyev presented a report on the preparatory measures for the country's participation in the upcoming international forum. According to him, the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations is carrying out the necessary work to ensure a high-level representation of Turkmenistan.

The EXPO-2027 exhibition will be held under the slogan "Game for Humanity – sport and music for all". President Serdar Berdimuhamedov stressed the importance of productive cooperation between Turkmenistan and the International Bureau of Exhibitions and instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to continue relevant work on preparations for this significant international event.
