On April 10, in Ashgabat, in the office building of the NGO "Digital Solution - IT Platform", CTF (Capture the Flag) team competitions in the field of information security were held with the participation of university students and teachers.

The event was held in order to develop the professional skills of students and teachers of higher educational institutions in the field of information security, to strengthen motivation for advanced training in the field of information technology, according to the website of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.

During the game, teachers and students completed tasks and achieved certain results.

The participants who showed excellent results in cyber training were eligible to participate in the first round of the "Cyber Competition" held throughout the country.

The Capture the Flag format, which is widespread in the world, is a team competition in the field of information security. The main task of the participants is to find and capture the "flag" or "flags" of the enemy. The flag may look like a line or a piece of code, their presence proves the successful completion of a certain task.
