National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov arrived on Monday on a friendly visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan, TDH reports.

At the Khazret Sultan International Airport in Turkestan, decorated with the national flags of the two countries, the high-ranking guest was met by the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and other officials.

During the upcoming talks, it is planned to discuss the prospects for further strengthening the strategic partnership between the two countries, as well as current issues on the regional agenda. Particular attention will be paid to issues of regional cooperation and upcoming events in various formats.
