On April 23 the Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov were presented with Kyrgyz national equestrian games at the hippodrome in the village of Baktuu-Dolonotu in the Issyk-Kul region.

At the entrance to the hippodrome, the distinguished guests were greeted by akyns-improvisers, after which the delegation got acquainted with the ethnocomplex "Kyrgyz Aiyly", where elements of the traditional way of life of the Kyrgyz people were demonstrated - yurts, folk crafts, national cuisine and costumes.

Equestrian competitions, elements of hunting with birds of prey and taigans (Kyrgyz greyhound) were also shown at the hippodrome as part of the traditional hunting art "Salbuurun".

At the end of the cultural program, President Sadyr Japarov escorted the Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to the Issyk-Kul International Airport, the press service of the head of Kyrgyzstan reported.
