President of Turkmenistan and Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, has signed a resolution appointing a number of officials within the country’s prosecutor's office system, according to TDH.
In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan "On the Prosecutor's Office of Turkmenistan," the following personnel changes have been made:
Justice Advisor Ovezgeldi Berdiev has been appointed as the Military Prosecutor of Ahal Province. He replaces Junior Justice Advisor Toyly Roziyev, who was relieved of his duties due to the expiration of his term.
Junior Justice Advisor Shyhly Pellaev has been appointed Deputy Prosecutor of Lebap Province. He previously served as the Prosecutor of Shavat District in Dashoguz Province.
Justice Advisor Agarejep Gurdov has been appointed Prosecutor of Halach District in Lebap Province. He previously held the position of Prosecutor of the city of Turkmenbashi in Balkan Province. Junior Justice Advisor Azat Bekmammedov has been relieved of this position.
Kerim Nurgeldiev, a 1st-Class Lawyer, has been appointed Prosecutor of the city of Turkmenbashi in Balkan Province.
1st-Class Lawyer Annanur Khommadov has been appointed Prosecutor of Esenguly District in Balkan Province. He replaces Justice Advisor Begench Rakhmedov, who was relieved of his position due to the expiration of his term.
1st-Class Lawyer Yaran Yarov has been appointed Prosecutor of Shavat District in Dashoguz Province.
1st-Class Lawyer Nurmyrat Khalmyradov has been appointed Prosecutor of Bayramaly District in Mary Province. He replaces Junior Justice Advisor Mekan Bayramgeldiev, who was relieved of his duties due to the expiration of his term.
