President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Resolution according to which the Ashgabat city administration is allowed to conclude a contract with the Chinese company Changsha Zoomlion Environmental Industry Co., Ltd for the purchase of specialized vehicles, municipal equipment and equipment for the provision of public services, as well as spare parts for them.

The document was signed in order to develop the public utilities sector and significantly increase the level of public utilities provided to the population, TDH reports.
