From February 9 to 15, daytime temperatures in Turkmenistan are expected to reach +24°C to +26°C in some areas. Precipitation will range from 0.1 to 15.0 mm.

Ashgabat: Partly cloudy skies with rain. Winds will shift from east to northwest at 10-13 to 14-16 meters per second. Overnight temperatures will range from +1 to +3°C to +8 to +10°C, and during the day from +8 to +10°C to +22 to +24°C.

In the Balkan velayat: partly cloudy skies with rain and snow. Winds will be easterly to northwesterly at 8-13 to 12-17 meters per second. Overnight temperatures will range from -2 to +3°C to +5 to +10°C, daytime highs from +20 to +25°C, and in coastal areas from +11 to +16°C.

In the Ahal velayat: partly cloudy skies with rain. Winds will blow from the east to northwest at 7-12 to 11-16 meters per second. Nighttime temperatures will range from -2 to +3°C to +7 to +12°C, and daytime temperatures from +6 to +11°C to +21 to +26°C.

In the Mary velayat: partly cloudy skies with rain. Winds will blow from the southwest to northeast at speeds of 8-13 to 12-17 meters per second. Overnight temperatures will range from -1 to +4°C to +7 to +12°C, and during the day from +7 to +12°C to +20 to +25°C.

In the Lebap velayat: partly cloudy skies with rain. Winds will blow from the southeast to northwest at speeds of 8-13 to 12-17 meters per second. Overnight temperatures will range from -4 to +1°C to +6 to +11°C, and during the day from +5 to +10°C to +19 to +24°C.

In the Dashoguz velayat: partly cloudy skies with rain mixed with snow. Winds will shift from west to northeast at speeds of 8-13 to 11-16 meters per second. Overnight temperatures will range from -4 to -9°C to -1 to +4°C, and daytime temperatures from -1 to +4°C to +11 to +16°C.
