Dear compatriots!

I sincerely congratulate you on the coming of the Night of Omnipotence Gadyr gijesi, symbolizing prosperity, spiritual purity, high morality, as well as the nobility of the holy month of Oraz! I am convinced that the grace of this great Night, strengthening the unity and cohesion of our society, will inspire us to achieve new high milestones in the further development of the Motherland!

Turkmens are a people who have been creating material and spiritual values, traditions and customs for thousands of years. This heritage, which brings the peoples of the world closer together, is at the heart of our state policy and our unity. In the era of the Renaissance of a new era of a powerful state, our national heritage, highly spiritual and moral principles, religious and secular views have found a worthy continuation and ensured the comprehensive harmonious development of society.

Since ancient times, the Turkmen people, like the entire Islamic world, have treated with special reverence the blessed month of Oraz, the Night of Omnipotence Gadyr gijesi – the sacred night of mercy and prosperity.

Priceless lines of poetry by Magtumguly Pragy, the great son of the Turkmen people, a world–famous philosopher that "twelve months have twenty–four hours in each, and Remezan will come – the best of the best", such proverbs left to us from our ancestors as "The best day is Friday, and the best month is Remezan", "Every night, honor as sacred, everyone – like a saint," the rituals observed, sadaka-agzachar, which are given in every family, as well as at the state level, testify to the special importance of the month of Oraza and Gadyr gijesi in further strengthening the unity and cohesion of our society, educating young people in the spirit of patriotism and high morality.

Dear compatriots!

Honourably continuing, in the era of the Revival of a new era of a powerful state, the centuries-old traditions brought to perfection, passed down from generation to generation in accordance with the "Program "Revival of a new era of a powerful state: The National Program of socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2052", "The Program of the President of Turkmenistan for socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028", "The National Program for the transformation of social and living conditions of the population of villages, settlements, cities of etraps and etrap centers for the period up to 2028" we are building modern highways, new cities and towns, mosques, considered the sacred home of the Great Allah on Earth, planting tree seedlings, turning our sunny land into a blooming garden.

Adhering to these ancestral traditions, on the blessed days of the holy month of Oraz, with the participation of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Hero Haji Arkadag, a new mosque was opened in the city of Anau etrap Ak Bugdai of the Akhal Velayat, named after the famous scientist Seyit Dzhemaletdin, the interpreter of the Islamic religion, sadaka–agzachar was also given here.

The opening ceremony of this mosque on the land of an ancient civilization originating from the depths of millennia, coincided with international celebrations and events held on the occasion of the announcement by the International Organization of Turkic Culture of the city of Anau as the cultural capital of the Turkic world in 2024, became a significant event of the year "The Storehouse of the Mind of Magtumguly Pragy".

And today, having connected our noble deeds with the Night of Omnipotence Gadyr gijesi, we open new mosques corresponding to the ancient and modern traditions of architecture in the villages of the Hazar city of Balkanabat of the Balkan Velayat, Ruhubelent etrap of the Dashoguz Velayat, Satisfy the Khojambaz etrap of the Lebap Velayat, as well as the Shatlyk of the Sakarchaginsky etrap of the Mary Velayat.

These benefits, which will last for centuries, demonstrate our unity and cohesion, pride in the glorious past, present and future, commitment to national traditions, great love for an independent neutral Homeland, famous all over the world.

May Almighty Allah accept the prayers you have performed in the blessed month of Oraza and the holy Night of benevolence in the name of the inviolability and prosperity of the sovereign Motherland!
