Four nine-storey residential buildings with 36 apartments, four nine-storey residential buildings with 54 apartments and two nine-storey residential buildings with 72 apartments each will be built in the Parahat-7 residential complex in Ashgabat.

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree authorizing ministries, departments and the mayor of Ashgabat to conclude contracts with local construction companies for the design and construction of 10 residential buildings in the capital's residential complex "Parahat-7" with landscaping of adjacent territories. This was reported on Tuesday by the official media of Turkmenistan.

The document was signed in order to successfully solve the tasks outlined in the Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028, create comfortable conditions for living and recreation of the population, as well as further enhance the beauty of the architectural and urban appearance of the city of Ashgabat.

The document prescribes to begin construction work in May 2024 and to hand over the facilities with full readiness for operation in September 2026.
