The head of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan visited the city of Arkadak

The national leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov visited the International Academy of Horse Breeding named after Aba Annayev during a working trip to the city of Arkadag, TDH writes.

Here, the National Leader of the Turkmen people got acquainted with the development of equestrian sports and met with children who are fond of the traditions of national horse breeding.

Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov visited the indoor arena of the Academy, where he noted with satisfaction the interest of the younger generation in horses of the Akhal-Teke breed. The head of the Halk Maslahaty told the children about the history and modern development of equestrian sports, and also learned about their hobbies. As noted in the message, some guys dream of becoming riders, horse breeders or veterinarians.

Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highly appreciated the desire of young people for traditional horse breeding, expressing confidence that these children will grow up to be famous horse breeders, increase the fame of Akhal-Teke horses and develop the scientific foundations of the industry. Perhaps some will even become members of the Galkynysh national equestrian games team.

It is worth noting that in the city of Arkadag, on the initiative of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, advanced horse breeding infrastructure facilities have been created – the Aba Annaev International Academy of Horse Breeding, the Scientific and Production Center of Horse Breeding, the Gerogly State Equestrian Circus, the International Akhal-Teke Equestrian Complex and a modern stable for the maintenance of 600 Akhal-Teke horses. This allowed us to bring the industry to a new innovative level.

The children listened with interest to Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov's instructions. Riding horses in the arena, they assured that they would make a worthy contribution to the development of national equestrian sports.

Then Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov presented gifts to children who are fond of horse riding and took a memorable photo with them.
