The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov visited a large-scale exhibition of investment and infrastructure projects Russia Halal Expo, which was held within the framework of the XV International Economic Forum “Russia - Islamic World: KazanForum 2024” in Kazan, reports the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.

The National Pavilion of Turkmenistan became one of the key expositions at the exhibition. It clearly demonstrated the country's achievements in all leading sectors of the economy, including the private sector. Visitors could see firsthand the enormous potential for long-term mutually beneficial cooperation with foreign partners and the implementation of investment projects.

Most of the Turkmen pavilion was designed in the form of a modern shopping complex with rows of fresh vegetables, fruits, meat delicacies and all kinds of products from the domestic food industry. This picturesque still life of abundance clearly demonstrated the results of economic reforms to ensure the well-being of citizens initiated by the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

A separate section was devoted to the Turkmen transport and logistics sector. Models of different types of transport, a capital airport with advanced infrastructure for air and multimodal cargo transportation were presented here. Turkmenistan is becoming an important transit hub in the region and a major logistics hub due to its favorable location.
