The unanimous election of Turkmenistan as Vice-Chairman of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly is a visible confirmation that the international authority of the Motherland is increasing, and the foreign policy strategy you are pursuing, based on the principles of positive neutrality, peacefulness, good neighborliness and consistent with common interests, is effective.

The international initiatives put forward by our country, based on the policy of "open doors", are aimed not only at ensuring peace, prosperity and stability in our state, but also have great importance on a regional and global scale. Our Motherland, integrating into the global political, economic and legal space, effectively uses its rich creative potential for the benefit of all mankind. This is evidenced by your, dear President, important international initiatives based on peaceful, benevolent, humane principles, which were announced at the 78th session of the UN General Assembly.

Guided by Turkmenistan's policy of "open doors" and the doctrine of "Dialogue is a guarantee of peace", in a new historical era, thanks to your diplomatic wisdom, peacemaking and benevolent principles, our Motherland strengthens its position in the international space as a country committed to productive cooperation.

The repeated election of our neutral state as Vice-Chairman of the sessions of the UN General Assembly significantly increases the authority of Turkmenistan in the international arena. Over the years of independence, our country has sponsored more than 20 resolutions that were successfully and unanimously adopted by the United Nations General Assembly. All this is clear evidence that the initiatives put forward by our Motherland have broad support and recognition.

Currently, Turkmenistan is a member of many commissions, committees and councils of this authoritative international organization, which once again confirms the strengthening of its position and increasing its authority in the world. The election of our independent neutral state to the UN Commission on Population and Development for 2024-2028 and the Commission on Social Development for 2025-2029 at a meeting of the UN Economic and Social Council is evidence of the effectiveness of the principles of our country based on peaceful, friendly and benevolent relations, the enhancement of the foreign policy authority of our Homeland in the era of the Revival of a new era of a powerful state.
