The development of science and education in our native Homeland, the introduction of scientific developments in the branches of the national economy, and increasing the scientific potential of the country are among our main goals. Currently, guided by the Law of Turkmenistan "On State Youth Policy" in the new edition, "The State Program in the field of state youth policy of Turkmenistan for 2021-2025", we pay great attention to bringing the field of science to the world level. We are confidently moving forward, relying on the achievements of scientific and technological progress, the latest technologies and innovations. We carry out comprehensive activities to strengthen and modernize the scientific base and introduce the digital economy. At the same time, we are carrying out large-scale work aimed at training qualified specialists who are able to make a worthy contribution to the development of the state, to develop the interests of young people in science.

Thanks to the radical modernization of the scientific and educational sphere, a new generation of young science enthusiasts has been formed in the country's academic research institutes, higher educational institutions, scientific and technological, scientific and clinical and scientific design centers, experimental production laboratories.

We believe that scientific discoveries, innovative experiments, scientific and engineering research, industrial innovation and information technology research of young scientists are very important in strengthening the potential of the state, especially the digital infrastructure of our economy. In this regard, taking care of secondary school and university students, young people employed in various sectors of the economy and interested in creativity, is one of the areas of close attention of the state. We create wide opportunities in the institutes of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, the Technology Center, industry research institutes and higher educational institutions for the development of best practices by young scientists, specialists and students, their effective scientific activities, innovation and creative work.

Within the framework of international cooperation in the field of science, technology and innovative technologies in order to improve skills, as well as the mutual exchange of experience, we regularly send young people on business trips to prestigious scientific and educational centers of foreign countries.

Dear young scientists!

Science makes a great contribution to the success of our state. The rapid progress of the country largely depends on the scientifically educated youth and their fruitful activities.

The creative successes of Russian young scientists in priority areas of science, their discoveries contribute to the further prosperity of our state. We are proud that industrial, innovative and information technology research conducted by research institutes, higher educational institutions, the Center for Young Scientists at the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, the Central Council of the Magtumguly Youth Organization, as well as scientific discoveries by young scientists, engineers, technologists and specialists contribute to solving the most important tasks of socio-economic development of the country. The Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtumguly should comprehensively support the scientific and creative research of the talented young generation, stimulating them to new achievements.

We rejoice at the success of young scientists and students at international scientific and educational competitions. Your achievements are the authority of the state, the pride of the people!
