On June 14, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on the digital system, which included a number of issues of public life on the agenda.

The first speaker was the Chairman of the Mejlis D.Gulmanova, who informed about the ongoing activities to strengthen the legislative base of the country.

Speaking next, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers H.Geldimyradov reported on the practical steps being taken to bring the realities of working time in the field of standardization and metrology into line.

In particular, information was provided on comparative verifications of measuring instruments used in industry departments carried out by the Main State Service "Turkmenstandardlary". Having reported that work in this direction is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Turkmenistan "On ensuring the unity of measuring instruments", the Deputy Prime Minister submitted a corresponding proposal to the President of the country for consideration.

After hearing the report, Head of State Serdar Berdimuhamedov stressed that the activities of the Main State Service "Turkmenstandardlary" should be consistently improved. Having approved the Deputy Prime Minister's proposal to conduct periodic comparative checks in order to confirm the compliance of samples of measuring instruments with the metrological requirements of international standards, the President of Turkmenistan ordered to take appropriate measures to solve certain tasks in this area.

Further, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B.Amanov reported on the progress of the implementation of the Action Plan for the performance of work at the production facilities of the State Concern Turkmengaz.

Deputy Prime Minister T.Atahalliyev reported on the ongoing work in the agro-industrial sector, as well as on the progress of seasonal agricultural campaigns in the regions of the country.

Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B.Annamammedov reported on the state of affairs in the supervised area, in particular in the State Concern "Turkmenhimiya".

Then Deputy Prime Minister B.Atdaev reported on the measures being implemented in order to solve the tasks set out in the "Concept for the development of international exhibition activities of Turkmenistan for 2024-2025".

Then Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers M.Mammadova reported on organizational issues related to the holding of the II Theater Festival of the member countries of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY) in Ashgabat.

Deputy Prime Minister N.Amannepesov reported on the draft Procedure for the organization and implementation of state accounting of scientific programs, plans and reports on scientific activities.

Then Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Foreign Affairs R. Meredov reported on the ongoing activities to develop cooperation between our country and the Eurasian Patent Organization (EAPO).

Director General of the Agency for Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers M.Chakyev reported on the implementation and modernization of digital technologies in the country.

Then, addressing the members of the Cabinet of Ministers and compatriots, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov stressed that Eid al-Adha will be celebrated in our country for three days, in particular on June 16-17-18. In this regard, the head of Turkmenistan announced that he had signed a decree on the celebration of Eid al–Adha and the postponement of the weekend on June 16 to Wednesday, June 19.

During the meeting, members of the Cabinet of Ministers cordially congratulated the head of Turkmenistan and the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on Eid al-Adha.
