I sincerely congratulate you on the bright event of this year, held under the motto "The Storehouse of the mind of Magtumguly Pragy" – the opening of the Dokmaçylar cultural center of the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan, which was built in white marble Ashgabat on the initiative of the Hero Arkadaga!

For many years now, the folklore and ethnographic ensemble "Dokmaçylar" has been performing colorful dances with elements of the ancient wonderful traditions of the Turkmen people, including outside our country, thereby making a significant contribution to the popularization of our heritage. The incendiary performances of young dancers to the unique charming sound of national musical instruments truly fascinate every aesthete.

The new building of the Dokmaçylar cultural center provides the most comfortable conditions for the creative activity of the ensemble, in particular for musicians and dancers. The equipment of the dance halls of the art center is at the highest level, meets international standards, which will provide tremendous opportunities for creative and fruitful work of art workers.

The collective was formed at the dawn of Turkmenistan's independence, and since that moment it has gained worthy fame, which now, in the era of the Revival of a new era of a powerful state, continues to grow steadily.

This is fully confirmed by the recognition of the ensemble, whose repertoire includes over a hundred musical, song and dance works, by connoisseurs of Turkmen art in many countries of the world – Turkey, Greece, Italy, Spain, Malta, France, the Russian Federation, Belgium, Sweden, Switzerland, Japan, China, Nepal, India, Iran and Pakistan. The splendor of the art of our people in all its diversity is vividly revealed in a combination of delightful dances and songs in a wonderful performance by the head of the ensemble, People's Artist of Turkmenistan Jemal Saparova.

Culture and art play a significant role in maintaining the preservation and popularization of the spiritual values of the people in the world, as well as in the education of the younger generation. Culture, in its essence, represents a huge force that can increase intellectual potential and work enthusiasm, inspire great achievements. This is evidenced by the amazing dances performed by the folklore and ethnographic ensemble "Dokmaçylar". Its participants in national costumes, which depict the inextricable link between the great past and the glorious present, are able to present with great skill the wealth of the cultural heritage of the people, in particular, songs and melodies, to the general public in all parts of the world.

The main goal of the ensemble is to enrich national culture and art, folk art in general with new elements, as well as their popularization throughout the Earth. The team strictly adheres to this goal, set from the very moment of its foundation. The dances performed by the ensemble contain folk songs and melodies with elements of folklore, and this approach has led him to great success and recognition. Many members of the creative collective "Dokmaçylar" were awarded honorary titles and became winners of the competition for the award of the President of Turkmenistan "Türkmeniń Altyn asyry".
