Today, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov left on a working visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan in order to participate in the Summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).

The Arkadag Hero was escorted by officials at the Ashgabat International Airport.

In a new historical era, under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Turkmenistan is consistently implementing a foreign policy strategy based on the principles of positive neutrality, peacefulness and broad constructive partnership, in which the progressive initiatives of the Hero Arkadag have been worthily continued.

One of the priority vectors here is the strengthening of fruitful dialogue with reputable regional and international organizations and structures. A clear confirmation of this is the participation of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov as an honorary guest at the SCO Summit, the venue of which was the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Astana.

Officials met the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov at the Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport in Astana, where the National flags of the SCO Summit participating countries were raised on flagpoles and a guard of Honor was lined up.

The National Leader of the Turkmen people proceeded from the air harbor to the State Residence.
