President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to President of the Republic of Chile Gabriel Borich and the people of the country on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

Noting that relations between our states are based on mutual respect, equality and mutual trust, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov stressed Turkmenistan's interest in expanding bilateral ties and expressed confidence in further strengthening interstate cooperation in the interests of both peoples through joint efforts.

Taking advantage of this pleasant opportunity, the Head of Turkmenistan expressed sincere wishes to President Gabriel Borich for good health, happiness and well–being, and to the people of Chile for further progress and prosperity.
