The "Turkmenaragatnashyk" Agency is promoting the initiative to train qualified specialists for the developing digital economy of Turkmenistan. The key element of this program was the establishment of the "Sanly çözgüt – IT meýdança" business society at the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan.

This innovative educational space is designed to train experts in the field of information technology, telecommunications, digital systems and other related areas necessary for the successful implementation of the Concept for the Development of the Digital Economy of the Country until 2025.

As part of this program, leading IT companies, entrepreneurs and talented citizens have the opportunity to become residents of the society and participate in various projects. "Sanly çözgüt – IT meýdança" provides a wide range of services, including software development, management of computing systems, website creation and the introduction of electronic document management.

Particular attention is paid to the training of the younger generation. For children aged 5 to 14, there is a "Robotics for Beginners" club, and for teenagers, short-term courses in computer literacy and programming are held.

The agency also annually organizes a competition of innovative projects "Digital Solution" aimed at identifying talented young people and introducing their developments into various spheres of the country's life.

These initiatives are part of a comprehensive strategy for the digitalization of Turkmenistan's economy and the creation of a modern technological infrastructure. These measures are expected to significantly accelerate the country's technological development and improve the quality of public and private services.
