President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed Decrees on the dismissal and appointment of a number of personnel changes in the composition of the velayat administrations:

Orazov Perhat Annagurbanovich was dismissed from the post of hakim of the Kaka etrap of the Ahal velayat as having failed to cope with the assigned duties;

Atayev Serdar Orazmyradovich was appointed hakim of the Kaka etrap of the Ahal velayat with the dismissal from the post of deputy chairman of the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Water Management;

Baygeldiyev Guvanchmyrat Kakaliyevich was dismissed from the post of hakim of the Tejen etrap of the Ahal velayat as having failed to cope with the assigned duties.

Yazmyradov Guvanchmyrat Orazmyradovich was appointed hakim of the Tejen etrap of the Ahal velayat and relieved of his post as deputy hakim of the Tejen etrap of the Ahal velayat.

Serdar Torayevich Hojayev was relieved of his post as hakim of the Esenguly etrap of the Balkan velayat as he failed to cope with his assigned duties.

Yegendurdiyev Archyn Japardurdiyevich was appointed hakim of the Esenguly etrap of the Balkan velayat.

Saparmyrat Ashyrovich Gylyjov was relieved of his post as hakim of the Mary etrap of the Mary velayat as he failed to cope with his assigned duties.

Amanmyradov Maksat Kakabayevich was appointed hakim of Mary etrap of Mary velayat and was relieved of his post as deputy hakim of Mary etrap of Mary velayat.

Goshayev Muhammetmyrat Tagandurdiyevich was relieved of his post as hakim of Yoleten etrap of Mary velayat as having failed to fulfill his assigned duties.

Mamiyev Muhammetdurdy Rahmatullayevich was appointed hakim of Yoleten etrap of Mary velayat and relieved of his post as deputy hakim of Yoleten etrap of Mary velayat.

Agamyradov Agamyrat Berdimyradovich was relieved of his post as hakim of Murgap etrap of Mary velayat as having failed to fulfill his assigned duties.

Chariyev Yazmyrat Gurbangeldievich was appointed hakim of the Murgap etrap of the Mary velayat.

Seyidov Astanogly Kulliyevich was relieved of his post as hakim of the Charjev etrap of Lebap velayat as he failed to cope with his assigned duties.

Jumayev Rustam Narkuliyevich was appointed hakim of the Charjev etrap of the Lebap velayat.
