On August 4, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in Turkmenistan Ahsan Vahan hosted a reception in honor of the Turkmen business delegation traveling to Pakistan, News Central Asia reported.

The delegation will participate in the Food AG 2024 exhibition. Food AG 2024 is the second edition of the International Food and Agriculture Exhibition 2024 organized by the Trade Development Authority (TDAP) at the Karachi Exhibition Center (August 9-11, 2024).

Themed “Creating a Sustainable Future,” Food AG 2024 will bring together international and local communities to inspire hope for a shared future.

Ambassador Vahan, in his short speech, highlighted the compatibility of the food and agriculture sectors of Pakistan and Turkmenistan. He expressed hope that Turkmen businessmen will find ample opportunities for partnership during their participation in the exhibition.
