On the eve of the new academic year, meetings of leading education workers of comprehensive secondary schools and preschool institutions were held in Turkmenistan. Priority tasks of the educational reform were widely discussed at the already traditional meetings of teachers.

Thus, from August 12 to 17, methodological seminars were held, on August 19 - meetings at the level of etraps and cities, and on August 20 - meetings in the Main Education Departments of the city of Ashgabat and the city of Arkadag, as well as in the velayats of the country. At the meetings, the tasks of teachers in educating the younger generation, the achievements of the past academic year and plans for the next academic year were discussed, and effective solutions for their implementation were also presented. In addition, issues of improving the methodology of teaching foreign languages, the successes achieved and new prospects for international cooperation in the country's education sector, the creation of a digital educational environment, the introduction of innovative educational technologies were touched upon. As noted, on the eve of the new academic year, curricula, textbooks and manuals were improved. The necessary additional information was added to their content. New books were published. The August meetings also discussed methods of modern organization of the educational process and activities in this direction in accordance with the normative documents of the Ministry of Education regulating the management of educational activities.
