During a working meeting at the headquarters of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship, it was noted that on September 1, a comprehensive secondary school named after Magtumguly will open in the Dusti district of the Khatlon region of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The new school for 540 students in the Ergesh Sultanov peasant association in the Dusti district of the Khatlon region of Tajikistan was built by Turkmen builders. The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that the school will be attended by children of the local Turkmen diaspora and emphasized the advisability of presenting personal computers to the students of the new institution at the expense of the Foundation.

Recall that the opening of the Magtumguly school was discussed at a recent meeting between Deputy Foreign Minister Akhmed Gurbanov and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Mukhriddin.
