President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree authorizing the Central Bank of Turkmenistan to enter into a contract with the Turkish company "Rönesans Endüstri Tesisleri Inşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi" for the design and construction of a new Trade Center in Ashgabat. Construction work will begin in October 2024, and the project is scheduled to be completed in October 2027.

The purpose of the construction of the new Trade Center is to create more favorable conditions for cultural recreation for the population and guests of the capital, as well as to improve the architectural appearance of the city of Ashgabat. The project includes excavation work and landscaping of the adjacent territory.
