During a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan on Friday, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov announced plans to reward citizens who distinguished themselves in their work. The solemn ceremony will take place at the end of this year, where the merits of workers in various fields will be appreciated, TDH reports.

This statement was made in the context of summing up the results of the recently held International Forum "Interrelation of Times and Civilizations – the basis of peace and development" dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the great Turkmen poet Magtymguly Pyragy.

The Head of State noted that commemorative events related to the anniversary of the Turkmen philosopher are continuing. He stressed the significant contribution of creative figures, writers and poets to these events.
