Under your leadership, in the era of the Revival of a new era of a powerful state, activities are being carried out at the state level to popularize the Turkmen Alabai in the world. The breeding of Alabai and the further improvement of this unique breed are the main directions of large–scale work carried out in the field of dog breeding. As you note, the Turkmen Alabai is one of the oldest dog breeds in the world, is the property of our courageous people and a national heritage dating back centuries. Turkmen Alabai is known all over the world for his devotion, bravery and fearlessness.

Under your leadership, all conditions are being created in independent Turkmenistan for the development of the national art of dog breeding, the foundations of which were laid in ancient times. In order to develop this important industry, the International Association "Türkmen alabaý itleri" has been established, which promotes the intensification of cooperation in this area with different states and takes it to a new level. Turkmen Alabai centers meeting international standards have been built in the velayats and the city of Ashgabat, which allowed the country's dog breeders to organize their activities in accordance with modern requirements. Through your efforts, a lot of work is being done to preserve the purity of the Alabai breed – our national pride, increase the number of these dogs, and popularize their world fame.

Dear President, Arkadagly Hero Serdar, Chairman of the International Association "Türkmen alabaý itleri", you note that Alabai are not only helpers of the Turkmen people, reliable defenders of the house, but also loyal friends. Today they are an integral part of the rich cultural heritage of the Turkmen people.

Under your leadership, the IV meeting of the International Association "Türkmen alabaý itleri", the IV International Scientific Conference "Breeding of Turkmen Alabai and tazy: history, culture and art" and the international competition "Ýylyň türkmen edermen alabaýy", as well as competitions among carpet makers, artists, sculptors, photographers, publishing house employees will be held in honor of the Turkmen Alabai Holiday and cameramen for the artistic representation of the image of the Turkmen Alabai in works of fine and decorative arts, publishing products, photographs and TV channels increase the fame of the Turkmen Alabai in society and in the international space.

The establishment of the honorary titles "Türkmenistanyň halk itşynasy" and "Türkmenistanyň at gazanan itşynasy" in order to preserve and develop the Turkmen art of dog breeding, which has become an integral part of world culture, increase the number of Alabai, effective breeding work, teaching the younger generation the intricacies of training dogs of this breed, as well as stimulating proven mentors-dog breeders is a vivid evidence that that Turkmen alabai is given great importance in the country.
