The Fire Safety Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan notified subscribers of the TMCELL cellular operator by SMS about the importance of observing fire safety rules during winter days.

Citizens are asked to check whether electric and gas appliances are turned off before leaving home or work, and to be careful when using them.
