President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has signed decrees appointing Kakamyrat Gutlyevich Orazguliyev as the hakim of the Görogly etrap in Dashoguz velayat, TDH reports.

He replaces Byashimdurdy Jumayevich Mamedov, who has been relieved of his duties.
