A solemn ceremony was held in the city of Arkadag to present the Certificate of Excellence from Hangzhou Dianzi University of the People's Republic of China. This prestigious document recognizes Arkadag as an outstanding green and eco-friendly "smart" city, according to TDH.

The event was attended by city officials, the Chinese Ambassador to Turkmenistan, Qian Naicheng, esteemed elders, and youth representatives. The ceremony took place in the main building of the Aba Annayev International Academy of Horse Breeding.

Participants explored an exhibition showcasing the city's architectural features and the implementation of digital systems and innovative technologies in urban infrastructure.

Ambassador Qian Naicheng emphasized that it was a great honor for him to present the certificate and handed the document to D. Orazov, Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of Arkadag City under the President of Turkmenistan. He also highlighted that Hangzhou Dianzi University, renowned for its innovations and advancements in artificial intelligence, assesses the technological level of newly built cities worldwide.

The event featured video presentations on the cutting-edge technologies being implemented in the city and the digitalization process. The results of applying digital technologies in transportation, social, and cultural facilities were also showcased.

Speakers emphasized the importance of training qualified specialists for construction, industrial sectors, and other areas within the country's socio-economic development programs. The young participants of the event expressed their commitment to effectively utilizing the opportunities provided by the state to master global scientific advancements.
