Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, during a working meeting in the Avaza National Tourist Zone, stated the importance of strengthening Turkmenistan’s status as a center for holding international conferences and forums. This was reported by the state news agency TDH.

“Considering Turkmenistan’s status as a center for holding international conferences and forums, much attention should be paid to the organizational issues of the planned events so that they are held at a high level. There should be no trifles in this matter,” Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov emphasized.

The meeting discussed issues of organizing the participation of guests in the upcoming international forum, ensuring a high level of trade and service culture, as well as providing the necessary conditions for the work of the media.

Particular attention was paid to improving the transport and communication system, which plays a vital role in the development of the global economy, and creating the necessary conditions for countries that do not have direct access to sea terminals.
