As part of his friendly visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, visited the national cultural complex "Ethnoaul" in Turkistan, TDH reports.

The high-ranking guest, accompanied by President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, was welcomed by a folklore ensemble. Representatives of the complex introduced the delegation to a traditional Kazakh yurt, household items, and traditional handicrafts.

The "Ethnoaul" complex, covering an area of 2,500 square meters, is located near the Kazanat Hippodrome and features an exhibition of thirty yurts that showcase the history, culture, and everyday life of the Kazakh people. The complex is part of the "Hazret Sultan" historical and cultural reserve-museum.

The delegation then visited the "Turkistan Visit Centre" tourist information center, where they watched a video about Turkistan and viewed historical exhibits. The center is equipped with modern multimedia tools that provide visitors with detailed information about the city’s historical landmarks and tourist routes.

The "Turkistan Visit Centre" also serves as a venue for master classes, seminars, and exhibitions dedicated to the region’s history and culture and actively collaborates with educational institutions in Kazakhstan.
