As noted, cotton sowing is currently underway. The necessary measures are being taken to carry it out at a high-quality level and on time, special attention is paid to the operation of agricultural machinery and aggregates at full capacity. According to the norms of agricultural technology, the care of the sown areas is carried out.

Wheat is being cared for in the fields of the velayat in compliance with the established requirements, in particular, fertilizing with mineral fertilizers and vegetation irrigation, as well as potatoes and other vegetable crops.

In addition, efforts are being made to increase the number of livestock and increase their productivity in livestock farms.

In order to successfully implement the cocoon production plan, work continues on concluding contracts with silkworms.

In addition, it was reported on the progress of construction of social and industrial facilities within the framework of the National Rural Program, the commissioning of which is scheduled for the current year.

Addressing the participants of the workshop, the head of state once again drew attention to the importance of carrying out current agricultural work in accordance with the requirements of agricultural technology and gave appropriate instructions. In connection with the warming, the President of Turkmenistan instructed to take preventive measures in fields and pastures to combat agricultural pests.

During the working meeting, the khakims of the velayats, on behalf of the residents of the country, expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the head of state for the new mosques that were opened in the holy month of Oraz, and wished Arkadagly Hero Serdar and Hero-Arkadag good health, longevity and success in responsible activities.
