Chairman of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan Dunyagozel Gulmanova, during a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, informed about the work on legislative support for various areas of state policy.

As reported, currently, drafts of a new edition of the Civil Code of Turkmenistan, the Law of Turkmenistan “On the Literary Heritage of Magtymguly Fragi” are being prepared, as well as amendments and additions to the Sanitary Code, the Laws of Turkmenistan “On Physical Culture and Sports”, “On State Scientific -technical policy”, “On seed production”.

At the same time, information was provided on practical steps being taken to strengthen inter-parliamentary contacts and expand cooperation with international organizations.

Along with this, Mejlis deputies take part in various events to explain to the population the goals of domestic and foreign policy, adopted legislative acts, and the historical significance of the transformations being implemented in the country.
